About Taiyo
Born in Tongeren, Belgium — the oldest town in the country — Taiyo Vliegen moved to Bangkok, Thailand at the age of 3. What began with BMX racing at the UCI World Championships in 2015 evolved into a full-blown passion for motorsport.
In 2017, Taiyo discovered karting at Impact Speed Park and never looked back. Joining Singha Motorsport Thailand, he quickly rose through the ranks, representing his country at international events including the Rok Cup Superfinals in Italy.
Now transitioning to car racing, Taiyo brings the same determination, speed, and racecraft that made him a champion on the karting circuit.
